I heard it screaming. The "cupcake" I made yesterday. And maybe the "cupcake" was right this time...

Here is how I made it:

Ingredients:
  • 8 apples
  • 50 grams of sugar (for the boiling water)
  • Lemon juice from one lemon (also for the boiling water)
  • 1 liter water
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 1 egg white
  • A teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • Syrup
  • EXTRA: You can put whipped cream on top of the cakes!
Process:
  1. First I picked out some big apples from my dad's garden and washed them.
  2. I peeled them.
  3. Then I scooped out the inside of them so that they looked almost like bowls.
  4. I let them boil for 10 minutes (or untill they were not that hard anymore) in sugared water with lemon.
  5. Next, I crushed the walnuts into small, small pieces and mixed them with vanilla powder and the egg white.
  6. Then I filled the apples with the walnuts and put them into the oven for 15 minutes and when I took them out I covered them with syrup.
  7. Put whipped cream on the side, or on top of the cake to make taste, and look, even better :)
