Halloween cupcakes

Spooky times are here and Halloween is closing in :P My wonderful sister and I made these cupcakes yesterday. :D Here is how we made them:
 
 
 Ingredients:
  • 1 1⁄2cups flour
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1teaspoon baking soda
  • 1⁄2cup cocoa powder
  • 1cup water
  • 1⁄2cup vegetable oil
  • 1teaspoon vinager
 
 How to do:
  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients first then add in all your liquid ingredients.
  2. Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes
  3. Decorate with frosting and straws (you can buy the straws at Lagerhaus) :D
